This is amazing! It's a long bag that's filled with plain rice. You heat it in the microwave for 1 minute (2 minutes if you have an old one like mine), and then put it on your neck, shoulders or back. Amazing! Perfect for those pregnancy aches and pains. You can also put it in the freezer for a couple hours to make it cold. I followed this tutorial on
Make It & Love it. It only took me 30 minutes to make, and I was able to use fabric, ribbon, and rice that I already had! My only suggestion is to not fill the sections too full with rice, otherwise it's a pain to sew. Now, go make one for yourself and then relax!
